Choosing the item

In the menu at the top of the website choose the group that interests you: women, men, kids.
Categories are displayed within each group (new arrivals, clothing, shoes, bags, accessories, brands). Choose the subcategory you are interested in (jackets & coats, hoodies & sweatshirts, T-shirts, etc.)
By clicking on an individual item you are redirected to the item's extended view with the details (available colors and sizes, item details, fabric and care, etc.)
Choose the color and size and click Add to bag. When your shopping is done, click on the bag in the upper right corner or select Checkout.

In this step you can still remove an item from the bag or change its quantity, color or size (these characteristics can be changed in the first, second and third step of the shopping bag).
If you have a promotional code, enter it on the right side and choose Apply.
Choose whether you want your order delivered at the selected address or if you prefer to pick it up in one of our stores (Emporium and Galerija Emporium) and then click Checkout.
Then you can continue the purchase as a guest, sign in or register.

Delivery

Choose which store you wish to pick-up your order in (Emporium and Galerija Emporium) or enter the information for delivery to a selected address (first name, last name, street address, zip/postal code, city, country/region, phone number, e-mail).
On the right side you can check if all the information you have entered is correct. If not, choose Edit, change it and then click Next.

Payment and order confirmation

After entering the billing information, choose payment method (card, PayPal, payment on delivery).
If you have chosen payment by card or PayPal, you will be redirected to a safe payment website where you enter all the necessary information to make the payment. If you have chosen payment on delivery, you will pay for your order to the delivery service.
In the last step confirm your purchase by clicking Order.

Return form

Hello, if you want to return the items by GLS, please fill in the return form below.

Fill in the order number that includes the items you wish to return and the e-mail address in which you received information about your order.
Select the items, you wish to return. The return fee is 4 €.
Fill in the return address (the address where the GLS courier will pick up the return).
Confirm the return summary. GLS will send you an informative message with all the instructions on how to proceed with the return.
When we receive your return, we will check it in the shortest time possible and refund the purchase money in the same way the payment was made.
