How do I use a discount code?
You enter the promotional code in the Order summary step of the order in the field Promotional code and by clicking Apply.
Terms and conditions will always be clearly displayed in the online store or written in the e-mail you will receive the code in. Promotional codes are valid for a limited time only and cannot be combined with other codes, unless stated otherwise. Also, each promotional code can be used only once when shopping online. Discount code for 10% off you receive when subscribing to our newsletter can only be redeemed for full-price styles (and is not valid with any other offers).
Will the discount be applied automatically when I use a code?
Yes, after entering the promotional code the discount will be applied automatically. After entering the code in the field Promotional code and clicking Apply, check the order subtotal and see that the discount has already been applied. If you have any problems with promotional codes, please do not hesitate to contact us by using our contact form or by calling our customer support on 080 45 41 (from Monday to Friday, 8:00-16:00).
When is the next online promotion?
Promotions in our online shop are published on our homepage and on social media. Also, you can be informed about them by subscribing to our newsletter.
What are sale discounts and where are they valid?
Sale discounts, where both prices (original and discounted) are displayed with every item, are valid online and in physical stores (Emporium and Galerija Emporium). If there is a difference between the prices, the price shown at the moment of purchase is valid.
Can I use the silver Emporium loyalty card to shop online?
Silver Emporium loyalty card holders receive a 10% discount with every purchase (full-price styles only; discount automatically applied at checkout). However, you first need to register on our website and use the same e-mail address as when you activated the loyalty card.

Hello, if you want to return the items by GLS, please fill in the return form below.

Fill in the order number that includes the items you wish to return and the e-mail address in which you received information about your order.
Select the items, you wish to return. The return fee is 4 €.
Fill in the return address (the address where the GLS courier will pick up the return).
Confirm the return summary. GLS will send you an informative message with all the instructions on how to proceed with the return.
When we receive your return, we will check it in the shortest time possible and refund the purchase money in the same way the payment was made.
